What Remastly does

• You add a website. A browser on our server opens it and measures it with Lighthouse.
• Remastly builds a separate copy that you preview and download, with a report. The original site is only visited, never changed.
• Some parts cannot be rebuilt automatically, such as logins, shops and form backends. These are listed as “Needs a person”.

Your permission to copy a site

• Only add websites your company owns, or that you have permission to copy.
• When you add a website, you tick a box promising this.
• We do not check that promise. You are the one making it.

Acceptable use

• Do not add a website you have no permission to copy.
• Do not use Remastly to get around bot protection or into areas you are not allowed to access.
• Do not use Remastly to break the law.
• Sign-up and sign-in are limited per network address.

Copies and reports are provided as they are

• Copies and reports are made automatically, and results vary by site.
• Each report lists what got better, what still needs work and what got worse.
• Check a copy before you publish it anywhere.

The service is new and may change

• Remastly is new. What it does, its plans and these terms may change.
• Copies are kept for 30 days, apart from the newest copy of each project. Download what you want to keep.
• When these terms change, the date below changes too.
